Gamdom Self Exclusion
Use Gamdom’s current self-exclusion tools to block account access for a short period, or contact support when you need a longer break.
What Is Gamdom Self Exclusion?
Gamdom self exclusion temporarily blocks access to gambling activity so you can create distance from the platform. Gamdom’s current responsible-gambling guidance documents short self-exclusion options of 1 day, 5 days or 8 days.
If you need a longer break, Gamdom says its support team can assist with closing the account until you are ready to return. The current public Help Center material we reviewed does not document 30-day, six-month or permanent self-exclusion buttons, so this page does not present those periods as available account options.
How to Self Exclude on Gamdom
- Stop gambling and decide that you want a break before making any further deposits or wagers.
- Use the self-exclusion controls available in your Gamdom account to select a documented short period of 1, 5 or 8 days.
- If the available period is not long enough, contact Gamdom support through live chat or the official support email from the address linked to your account.
- Remove saved shortcuts, promotional notifications and other triggers that make it easy to return impulsively.
- Use the exclusion period to review your finances and seek additional support if gambling has affected your health, relationships or daily life.
Longer Account Closure and Support
Gamdom’s current responsible-gambling page states that support can assist with longer account closure. Its FAQ also says users who want to close an account should contact the support team through live chat or the email address linked to the account.
If you are waiting for a verification or withdrawal review and are concerned that you may continue gambling with the balance, Gamdom’s KYC guidance specifically recommends using self-exclusion tools to avoid unintentionally playing with those funds while checks are pending.
Third-Party Support Resources
Gamdom’s official responsible-gambling guidance names Gamblers Anonymous, the National Council on Problem Gambling and BeGambleAware as external support resources. Because services differ internationally, use the official organisation appropriate to your location. If gambling is causing serious distress, consider speaking with a qualified counsellor or mental-health professional who has experience with gambling-related problems.
This page intentionally contains no promotional gambling CTA. Its purpose is to help users stop or reduce gambling activity.
What to Do During an Exclusion Period
An exclusion period is most useful when it creates real distance from gambling. Consider removing gambling apps and bookmarks, muting promotional messages, avoiding gambling-focused social channels and asking a trusted person to help you review spending if that feels appropriate. Use the break to identify what normally triggers gambling, such as stress, boredom, alcohol use, a recent loss or easy access to funds.
If the urge to gamble remains strong even when access is blocked, account controls alone may not be enough. Gamdom’s own responsible-gambling guidance encourages users to seek outside support when gambling affects health, finances or daily life. A counsellor, support group or other qualified professional can help address the behaviour beyond one gambling account.
